Standard delivery is free on all orders over £75
Our refund policy
If any of our
products fall below the high standard you expect, we'll happily refund
or exchange it within 14 days. We will also refund or exchange it if
you change your mind within 14 days, provided you return it as sold
with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories. You'll
need your order confirmation email to do this.
How to return your product
Product can
only be returned to us once a valid returns number has been obtained.
To return your item, call us on 0844 893 6500 and provide us with your
order and item details. We will confirm your returns number which you
will need to note on the paperwork that you return with the item. We
will also arrange for a courier to collect your goods (please note that
a charge may apply depending on the reason for return). Please make
sure courier-collected products are well packaged for their return
journey.
Our electrical policy
If your
electronic product develops a fault, call customer services on 0844 893
6500. Our fully trained technical team can support you with advice on
setup, parts or repairs for electrical products. If we can't repair it,
we'll offer a replacement or a refund.
Please
note that no returns will be accepted without a return number being
provided by our Customer Service team in advance of return.
