We will come on to site and fully manage your stock requirements, whether it’s via our One-team fully managed on-site store, our U-count replenishment service or our U-vend fully-managed dispensing system. All stock is clearly labelled and is provided to the areas where it’s required, and when it’s required, ensuring that your staff focus on their core activities.


Administration & staff frustration?

Using several suppliers to obtain a range of consumables results in a lot of precious time being spent inspecting deliveries, scrutinising invoices and resolving problems such as duplicate or incorrect deliveries. Fewer suppliers means less paperwork and less hassle!

We will provide you with detailed management information and reports on who is using what items and where, helping you to achieve full visibility on your consumables spend. We will also provide a monthly consolidated invoice, reducing the time spent on administration. As we own and manage the stock that is on your site, we also remove the demand on warehousing operatives and space, and the need for that dreaded annual stock take!

The usual answer to not managing consumables correctly is to over stock on all items, tying up valuable space and cash. This then creates the requirement to carry out annual stock takes, further wasting time and resource.

We will fully manage the stock that you require to run your business and replenish any fast-moving core items to pre-agreed target levels. With one of our One-team fully managed on-site stores, we will hold stock on your site and guarantee not to run out of any items. With our U-count replenishment service, we will come to site on pre-agreed days and our fully-trained operative will replenish your designated areas with the required stock. So, not only do stock outs become a thing of the past, you also only pay for the items that you actually use!


Lack of management information & usage visibility? 

The lack of management information and spend data is usually the reason for all of the above. Not being able to see who is using what, and where, results in the over or under stocking of goods, excessive usage, pilferage, stock outs, extra demand on finance, purchasing and warehousing… The list goes on!

Once we have started supplying you, we can provide you with an array of reports, including spend and usage by cost centre, site, production line, or even individual! Our reports are live 24/7 if the U-control online procurement tool is used. These can be downloaded to Excel or PDF for your full interrogation. We also maintain a record of all items of Personal Protection that are used on site so that you have a full Health & Safety audit trail.
